Description
The Liquatec SPF-45-2050 Pleated Filter is the former version of the current Hydronix SPC-45-2050. Constructed from durable non-woven polyester material, this pleated filter effectively reduces waterborne particles and contaminants like rust, silt, sand and sediment. The media of this sediment filter is pleated around the polypropylene core for added strength. The ends are immersed in a thermo setting vinyl plastisol. By embedding, then sealing each end of the pleat, the three components are fused together to form a unified end cap and gasket.
The Hydronix Pleated Cartridge is resistant to chemicals and bacteria particles. The polypropylene core has high dirt holding capacity that extends the time between filter replacements. This 30 micron filter is an economical solution for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications.
